We are now in the midst of preparations for our 18th Annual Convention in September 2012. This time, our meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The tremendous growth of our Society membership has compelled the Board to select a bigger and better venue, one that will be more conducive to learning and interaction.
The program conceptualized by Dr. Leowe Go promises to be interesting. Distinguished experts will discuss the pros and cons of doing an echocardiogram in various cardiac conditions. For more in depth discussions, simultaneous sessions will be held for our echo technologists.
Another Enhanced Echo Evaluation (E3) course will be offered on Sept 23, 2012 for cardiologists who would want to refresh their skills in echo interpretations.
Research paper and case presentations and the fun-filled Echobowl competition have been included in the agenda.
